Life is a tapestry of experiences. We often find ourselves seeking answers to questions, solutions to problems, or meaning to our existence. Sometimes these explorations start in one place and end up somewhere very different from where we envisioned. Each step we take adds to the expression of who we are. Some journeys are about learning. Others are about recovery or healing. Some paths lead us into spiritual awareness and higher thinking. Others still help us reconnect to our purpose for being here. Life is a blank canvas, and we are the ones who fill it with our self-expression as we make our choices and face our challenges. It is the light and shadows and how they interplay that eventually turn the canvas of our individual lives into unique creations that share with the world a picture of who we are.

Serendipity is accidentally discovering something fortunate, especially while looking for something else entirely (Wikipedia). This relates to the dual nature of existence - a contrast of negative and positive situations. Many people struggle to find balance, giving weight to one more than the other. The truth is that each has equal value. Balance occurs when we define who we are in relation to the presence of each force in our life.

Everything we choose to do or experience is spiritual. We are souls having a human experience. Many people believe that to be spiritual you must be positive and filled with light or follow a set of religious beliefs. When bad things happen you either fall from grace or haven't been trying hard enough to remain spiritually centered. Serendipity is universally oriented and not based in religion. Bad things and good things are equally valued and happen to provide us with opportunities for growth and learning.

Each and every one of us has an inbuilt spirit of survival. This survival mechanism ensures we have what we need to achieve wellness and continue on with our lives. This site has been designed to enhance that ability while offering additional skills and tools to aid well-being. Serendipity's goal is to empower the human spirit and facilitate the expression of your soul.

Our power lays not in revolution or fighting, but in evolution and understanding. Earth is not Hell but the making of many minds - we all contribute to what we see and exist within. Earth is not Heaven but the home of human consciousness and experiences. Our thoughts map the journey we are here to have. What does your path look like?
