The fallen leaves soon start to decay during nature's dying time. We might feel that descent and be lured into the shadowy places of our own psyche. It's a time to explore haunted houses, and what's haunting us. We can wear masks of monsters as the "terrible" face of the dark, but that we recognize as part of ourselves. With the Sun in Scorpio, we can put our jealousies and rages into the metaphorical cauldron, and let them swirl around and transform. We can ritually "die" to what's become old. It's a time of going in deep to get to the raw powerful essence of a situation. And cracking that nut changes everything from the inside out. Getting right with the primal core allows us to stop living in shadow realities that no longer serve us.  | |
